Phyllis DeLaricheliere, Project Manager
Phyllis wears multiple hats at Fairing Way. From Project Manager to the Enchanted Women’s dance class instructor, Phyllis is committed to serving the Fairing Way community any way she can. She joined Rogerson Communities (Fairing Way’s developer) with extensive professional experience in elder housing and elder care. Her dedication to carrying out Rogerson’s mission of helping older adults live enriched lives vitality, longevity and dignity makes her an inspiration to her colleagues.
Joan Reid, Marketing Coordinator
Joan gets the word out about Fairing Way using her strong background in marketing and public relations. She plays an important role in coordinating marketing communications and sales events, as well as facilitating the transition for incoming residents by keeping them informed and connected during the move-in process.
Nadine Shweiri, Independent Living Director
Nadine brings years of experience in senior housing and senior care administration to the Fairing Way team. She ensures that each resident’s expectations of life in the community are being met and directs residents to supportive resources should they need them. Nadine is leads many of the operational aspects of the community, including making sure the maintenance, concierge, dining and housing departments are working cohesively to serve the residents in the best manner possible.
Christine Nash, Activities Coordinator
Christine is a graduate of Stonehill College with over 16 years’ experience curating vibrant living opportunities for active seniors. She is passionate about offering independent living residents exciting activities and her inspired coordination of activities, clubs and parties have helped make Fairing Way the close-knit community it is today.
Aaron Reed, Director of Facilities
Aaron comes to us with a strong background in construction and property management. As the Director of Facilities, he manages the Maintenance, Housekeeping and Laundry departments, both for Fairing Way and Dwyer Home. He is responsible for ensuring our compliance to Federal and State regulations, as well as facility operations and safety.
