Ceremonial Cornerstone Laying at Fairing Way

July 20, 2019 by Fairing Way

On June 26th at Fairing Way, many witnessed the beautiful ceremonial laying of the cornerstone. Fairing Way, (both current and future residents), the William B. Rice Board of Directors, President and CEO of Rogerson Communities Walter J. Ramos, State Senator Patrick O’Connor, and many more were all in attendance. The laying of the cornerstone was symbolic for new beginnings, here at Fairing Way. Construction on the final phase has commenced and will be adding 107 more superior apartment homes. Preconstruction sales have already reached 60%. Projected construction time for Phase II is 15 months. Our finance partners, East Boston Savings and Eastern Bank as well as Dellbrook/JKS Construction have been committed to this project from the beginning and dedicated to bringing the last phase to completion by April 30, 2020.

Phase I of Fairing Way opened in December of 2016 with 104 residential units and has maintained 100% occupancy. Both Phase I and Phase II, current and future residents, will be able to enjoy two clubhouses, a movie theater, bistro, sunset screened porch, art studio, a state-of-the-art fitness center, dining room, library, and much more. Residents enjoy their apartment-style homes that feature contemporary design and oversized windows which offer plenty of natural light and expansive views of surrounding natural area.
