Smiles are contagious. Join us at an upcoming Explore & Inspire event hosted by the South Shore’s newest retirement apartment community, Fairing Way, and you’ll see proof. Many of our future residents are spreading smiles and spreading the word about this wonderful new senior community.
Following up on our “Staying Strong as you Age” event with Jennifer Logan from South Shore Hospital, Fairing Way recently exhibited our 55+ community at the South Shore Health & Wellness Fair at the Hanover, MA YMCA, sponsored by the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.
Fairing Way‘s lifestyle philosophy, Explore & Inspire encompasses eight dimensions of wellness. While these eight dimensions cover more than just physical wellness, with warmer weather coming up, naturally who doesn’t think of fitness? In March we were delighted to have Jennifer Logan, Exercise Physiologist at the South Shore’s own South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, MA visit us at our 55+ community’s Welcome Center.
Feet were tapping at the South Shore’s Scarlett Oak Tavern in Hingham this past March as 55+ adults gathered for one of Fairing Way’s Explore & Inspire events. Richard Vacca, author of Boston Jazz Chronicles:Faces, Places and Nightlife: 1937-1962, shared his passion for jazz in an informative way. How much do you know about the early jazz scene in Boston?
You may have recently turned the television to NECN, been listening to the radio with South Shore’s own 95.9 WATD, been reading the Boston Globe and caught wind of Fairing Way. Did you think to yourself “what’s the buzz all about?”
