SouthField Plan
The Master Plan for SouthField is really a story of transformation - an historic Naval Air Station re-imagined as a live/work/play/shop community. Those first people who move into the new homes Fairing Way will be a part of the excitement as the community grows.
The plan preserves more than 1,000 acres as open and recreation space (that’s more than 70 percent). These conservation lands will enhance the lives of not only our residents but the generations to come. This beautiful, natural setting is unparalleled in the metro Boston area.
Inspired by the very best of classic New England towns, SouthField’s neighborhoods are smartly clustered together and connected by tree-lined, friendly streets so that everyone can easily walk to shops, restaurants, businesses, recreation and the on-site MBTA commuter rail station.
Fairing Way is part of the SouthField Highlands neighborhood. Before you explore the neighborhood in person, you can experience it through this interactive map.
