An Exciting Intergenerational Community

Who are the people in your neighborhood?

Fairing Way consciously built our new home in Union Point, where you can be amongst neighbors of all ages.

Just like classic New England towns, Union Point (formerly known as SouthField) features tree-lined sidewalks and streets. Open a window and you'll hear the sounds of children dashing to soccer games, friends meeting for morning walks, folks heading to work via the on-site MBTA commuter rail station.

What you'll hear is life! A vibrant, intergenerational life – with Fairing Way at the heart of it.

Experience the Union Point Difference

Union Point (formerly known as SouthField) is a historic Naval Air Station re-imagined as a live/work/play/shop community. The plan preserves more than 1,000 acres as open and recreation space while creating homes, a Village Center for shopping and dining, and a new Sports and Recreation Complex.

The Union Point Highlands neighborhood is already well-underway. Email info@fairingway.org to request the latest updates from Union Point's master-planners.

"Most of us for most of our lives have grown up in a neighborhood with kids riding their bikes and folks walking their dogs by. And most of the folks that I talk to want to retire in that same kind of community."

- Joyce Haglund, Executive Director
