Rita Briggs, Marketing Assistant
Rita Briggs is a South Shore native and an expert on the area. She is excited to be a part of Fairing Way and watching SouthField transform the South Shore. Rita's brings marketing and real estate experience to the Fairing Way Team. Passionate and exuberant, Rita enjoys working with and helping others and she is eager to assist clients with a new move. In her off time, Rita spends as much time as she can outdoors, enjoying all that New England has to offer.
Jodi Tolman, Marketing Representative
Jodi has a background in music and acting and spent many years voicing television and radio commercials and doing industrial narration. She has spent the last 7 years in sales and marketing and is extremely excited to be a part of the Fairing Way team and to be working closely with people as they consider opportunities for downsizing their home and upsizing their life! Jodi and her husband, a Hingham native, moved their family three and a half years ago from New Jersey to the South Shore. Living near the water, sailing and spending time at the beach with her kids and their giant yellow lab makes Jodi feel like she moved to heaven!
