Phyllis DeLaricheliere, Project Manager

Phyllis is the Project Manager at Fairing Way, the South Weymouth site where the William B. Rice Eventide Home has selected Rogerson Communities to assist with the development and management of a  new master planned community of Union Point that will include 211 apartments, a clubhouse and a new 46-bed "village-style" nursing home.  Phyllis joined Rogerson Communities with vast professional  experience in the areas of elder housing and elder care. Phyllis' commitment to the Rogerson Communities' mission to provide lives enriched with dignity, longevity, and vitality to all elders makes her an  inspiration to her colleagues.


Joan Reid, Marketing Coordinator

Joan is a South Shore native, residing in Scituate. Her background includes experience in public relations, marketing, event planning and program development.  She has worked for both for-profit and non-profit organizations, in the cable television, museum, environmental and financial services industries. She is excited to be a part of the Fairing Way team!

 


Nadine Shweiri, Independent Living Director


Christine Nash, Activities Coordinator

Christine is a graduate of Stonehill College, with over sixteen years' experience organizing activities for elders. She is passionate about filling her seniors' post-retirement lives with fun and excitement -- her inspired coordination of activities, clubs and parties have already made the residents of Fairing Way a vibrant, close-knit community.

 


Heath Parker, Facility Operations Director

Heath is a lifelong south shore resident who resides in Hanover with his family. He has been in Construction Management for 20+ years and holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors (CSL)License with the state. He received his Facilities Certification from Northeastern University and has been a Facilities Manager for 10 years.  He is excited to join the team and looks forward to closely working with the residents and staff.


Carol Barbarossa, Dining Services Director

Carol is a graduate of UMass Amherst with a Degree in Culinary/Hotel and Restaurant Management.  A former restaurant owner, she has over 25 years of experience in Residential Dining and Catering.  Carol’s passion and excitement for cooking and serving residents can be seen in all the fresh baked goods on display in the Bistro. She is ServSafe certified, Choke Certified, CPR Certified, CDM Certified and Allergen Certified.  She looks forward to serving our Fairing Way Community for many years to come.
