About Us
The development team for Fairing Way, the new 55+ active retirement community in South Weymouth, is made up of trusted organizations with proven success in senior living and long-term care.
Rice Eventide
When the William B. Rice Eventide Home opened in 1936 as the first retirement community in the area, its innovative mission was to offer a range of services to older residents of Quincy and surrounding towns. Eventide has consistently delivered exceptional long-term care services and established itself as a leader in the community.
The Home was named one of “America’s Best Nursing Homes" in both 2010 and 2011 by U.S. News & World Report. With Fairing Way, Rice Eventide will expand its services and offer over 55 housing with a full menu of options geared to the needs and desires of baby boomers and seniors.
